A driver, a vehicle, and a schedule that stay yours.
Long-term accounts get a written rate. A weekday dedicated driver and vehicle in this market is commonly planned from about $350 a service day before mileage and handling, and the contract is what locks the number.
Dedicated driver
One driver assigned to your facilities. Their day is your stops. Quoted per service day, then mileage, weight, and temperature from the same rate card.
Dedicated vehicle
That driver stays with the Altima, Rogue, Grand Cherokee, or Tundra you specify, so the capacity does not change from day to day.
STAT retainer
Priority dispatch when a standing route is not fast enough. The retainer is written into the contract, separate from the per-run STAT rate.
A business associate agreement is available with the contract. Coverage can be weekdays, six days, or seven.
